BLU: Give us the history of Natural Vibes and how it ended up in you guy's hand?
NV: Natural Vibes was founded in 1996 by Rico Vibes. We made a name in the business by our signature CD collection which is very popular thru out the world. We played alongside almost every top sound that is out there. The sound remained in our hands. The only thing that has changed is the management which I, Fatboy, am responsible for.

BLU: Under this new management/ownership, what is Natural Vibes most important accomplishment to date?
NV: The ownership is still the same, only the management has changed. Our official comeback was on Sept 27th 2007. To date since the comeback, we have kept 3 dances to let the masses know that we are back. We have also played at quite a few dates such as Glamour Wayne's 'Kingston 13 reunion' and Angela Strikers year to year dance. We have also put our CD collection back out on the road. So our future is looking brite.

BLU: What do you think it takes to be successful in this career?

NV: To be successful in the sound business you have to be clean hearted and give the people good music with endless vibes. You have to stay fresh by changing up your patterns of playing and have your speeches ready for all and any occasion. Being up to date with what’s going on in the streets and musically is a must. If you have love for the game the game will most definitely show you love.

BLU: Who plays the sound?

NV: Currently Rico, Danger, Alvus & Neville Dread are playing the sound. I plan on making a comeback soon (Lol).

BLU: 2007 was really good for you guys as far as getting the name Natural Vibes back out there, what is good for 2008?
NV: In 2008 we are going to continue giving the people the vibes they deserve. We're going to be keeping some big events in various places. Voicing dubs is always a priority, but for the most part we strive for our clientele to give us another call.

BLU: How well does Natural Vibes handle pressure?
NV: We handle pressure very well because all of our selectors have 10 years if not close worth of experience. So what ever the situation calls for we handle it.

BLU: Does that mean Natural Vibes will be throwing their hat into the clash ring?
NV: We are taking our time voicing dubs, so when we feel comfortable with the ammunition we have….yes we will enter the clash arena. Right now we are working off the concept of 'haste makes waste'. Time!

BLU: With respect comes responsibility; are you ready for the responsibility?
NV: Respect is a key factor amongst our sound because our philosophy is 'love and respect'. Those are 2 words that money can't buy. Therefore the responsibility falls on me to embrace.

BLU: List three (3) things that motivate Natural Vibes.
NV: Competition, the fans & to be the best.
