DJ Grammy Kid was born on May 20, 1990 at George

Washington University Hospital, Washington D.C. The

youngest of three sons, born to Raymond and Peggy Ellis. He

attended Cooper Lane Elementary, then onto Kaywood

Elementary and graduated. Graduated from G. James Gholson

Middle School and is presently attending Parkdale High School.

Following the footsteps of his uncle and cousin in the musical

arena. DJ Grammy Kid started playing music in the days of

vinyl records on Outlaw Sound and through his own technical

skill made an upward mobility and started mixing and

recording his own tracks via the computer. DJ Grammy Kid is

currently invading the DC and the New York area with his style and creative music which he plays, writes, and

records in the studios. DJ Grammy Kid is the main attraction on the Red, Gold, And Green Intl Sound System.

Through his appearances in DC and New York clubs such as Club Envy, The Settings Night Club, The GFS

Ballroom, The Albany Manor, and The Amuzura Club. DJ Grammy Kid has proved to be one of the best DJ’s to

step foot in the Metropolitan area. DJ Grammy Kid is currently pursuing his DJ career and touching new states

everyday throughout his life. DJ Grammy Kid influences are his parents, Raymond Ellis And Peggy Ellis, Tony

Matterhorn and Supa Twitch from Supa Sound. His hope and dream is that one day he will be able to tour

around the world known as a blessed, talented, respected DJ. This is only the beginning of DJ Grammy Kid’s

journey.
